Welcome back to the Manifestology newsletter!
If it feels like the world is literally ending right now, that’s because it kind of is. At the same time, a new world is emerging, but of course it’s really quite difficult to imagine what this is going to look like. Whether it’s AI singularity, space exploration beyond anything we’ve seen, total political collapse or something entirely unexpected - the astrology points towards a global shift of the same magnitude as when we stopped being nomadic hunter/gatherers and developed agriculture and written language. Let that sink in for a moment!
While the air is ripe and bursting with potential and unimaginable possibilities, the transition is anything but smooth. It feels like every time you open the news or social media, there is yet another disaster or atrocity worse than any other we’ve seen. I’ve personally had to delete most social media apps from my phone (at least temporarily) for the sake of my own sanity and let me tell you, what a difference it’s made! The number one takeaway is this: This is an extremely potent time for manifestation. Pluto in Aquarius brings power to the people, but those who are currently in power are doing all they can to make us forget that, or to make us willingly give our power away. Don’t let them. Don’t forget that you are the creator of your reality and we all have the power to create the world we want to live in.
In this issue’s journalling prompts I invite you to truly think about what that world looks like, in a guided effort to make you remember just how much power you truly hold and how much divinity is within each and every one of us.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this and all that we talk about in this newsletter. Get in touch with my via email on [email protected] if you feel called!
Lots of love,
Chrissy
Key Astro dates for your calendar
We’re officially in the thick of it now. The second half of February is marked by a new beginning more intense than anything any of us have ever experienced or ever will experience. At the same time, with multiple planets moving into Pisces, there is a surreal aura about everything that could make us doubt everything that’s unfolding in front of our eyes. We are officially entering a new chapter on a civilisational level. Who knows how this will unfold?
February 17: An intense solar eclipse in late Aquarius could bring disruption and sudden redirection. At the same time Venus conjuncts the North Node in Pisces. Whatever unfolds has a deeply karmic, destined feel to it - rich in symbolism and meaning.
February 18: The Sun moves into Pisces adding an ethereal feel to everything. There’s a chance of feeling very tired around this time - for one, because of the eclipse and also because our subconscious minds have a lot to sort through while we’re dreaming.
February 20: Saturn conjuncts Neptune at 0º Aries, the very beginning of the zodiac. Last time this happened we began developing written language and agriculture, completely altering what it even means to be human. This time around? Who knows?
February 21: Pallas conjuncts the North Node in Pisces. The eclipse hangover begins to ease off a little and our strategic mind wakes up again. A lot of things won’t make logical sense around now, so let your intuition be your guide.
February 26: Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces. If you thought you were confused before, you’ve seen nothing yet. On the plus side, information that was previously hidden from view suddenly becomes accessible - just probably not in the way that you expected. Pay attention to dreams, synchronicities and coincidences. They’re trying to show you something. Ceres also conjuncts Chiron in Aries, making it easier to not just see our own needs, but to take care of them as well. It’s self-obsession in the best possible way.
February 28: Venus conjuncts Mercury retrograde in Pisces. This is the perfect day to write a love letter - to a lover, to a friend, or even better, to yourself.
March 2: Mars enters Pisces while the Sun and Pallas also meet in Pisces. You might feel called to reconsider either where you’re going in life or how you’re planning to get there. Beware of escapist tendencies, whether that’s through food, alcohol or drugs, or quick dopamine hits like binge watching or endless scrolling. It’s time to learn (or refine) the difference between inspiration and avoiding reality.
Working with the Moon

This year the Aquarius New Moon presents us with a Solar Eclipse, meaning it is a supercharged New Moon. In ancient times, Solar Eclipses were considered an omen and even today - although we understand the astronomical principle behind an eclipse and no longer consider it a sign from the gods - eclipses often bring surprises, major pivots and life changes.
Eclipses are felt strongest where they are visible and the good news is that this one is only visible from Antarctica and the very, very southern tip of South America. I’m calling this good news because the astrology for February is honestly already intense enough without an eclipse thrown in as well.
Having said that, there are still several factors adding to the intensity of this month’s eclipse. For one, it occurs in the sign of Aquarius, which is where Pluto is currently sitting. Pluto adds intensity to anything it comes into contact with. In addition, Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, will form an almost perfect square to both the Sun and Moon during this eclipse. A square is typically considered a challenging aspect with a lot of moving energy.
Eclipses move in cycles and we are able to observe similar themes coming up each time an eclipse from the same cycle returns. These cycles are also called Saros cycles or Saros Series. This particular eclipse belongs to Saros Series 10 North, which is associated with physical tiredness and delays or frustrations coming through the news, siblings or neighbours. The square from Uranus only adds to the shock factor we could come to expect around this time.
Particularly if you have any placements in the late degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus or Scorpio, I highly recommend not to overbook yourself on and around the 17th of February. Maybe even take some time off if that’s possible. The same goes for those who already know that they are sensitive to eclipses and intense energies. Because of the physical aspect of this particular eclipse, it’s also advised to avoid heavy meals or any foods that might upset your digestion.
Other ways to celebrate the Solar Eclipse are:
Wearing blue (the brighter and more intense, the better), purple or turquoise
Wearing silver jewellery
Carrying an amethyst or aquamarine crystal
Drinking lavender tea or burning lavender scented candles/incense/essential oil
Pulling just 1 tarot or oracle card for clarity during tumultuous times
Burning sage or palo Santo to cleanse your space and embrace the “Out with the old, in with the radically new” theme
Manifestation Technique of the Week
We’ve already discussed in a previous issue that eclipses generally not a good time to manifest something new. Not because it’s difficult, but because they are often times of big, cosmic redirection and you could end up making things unnecessarily long or complicated for yourself because you didn’t have the full picture. Especially with this eclipse squaring Uranus, the planet most responsible for shocking surprises, it will benefit us all to stay flexible and open to new paths that we might not have considered before.
However, I still want to use this opportunity to share a very important consideration when manifesting something new, which ties perfectly into the Aquarian theme of the moment.
Think of the thing you want to manifest. Close your eyes and visualise it strongly in your mind. Now here’s a question for you: In that image that you just visualised, were you alone or were you with people? And if you were with people, were they people you know or were they just generic, faceless dolls?
Both in my own and in my clients’ successful manifestations I’ve noticed 2 things again and again:
1) The universe often has a sense of humour in the way it brings things to you.
2) The universe is incredibly efficient and will often find a way to bring things to you and at the same time bring things to other people that they are attracting as well.
The second part is very important and we can use this to our advantage. The more people other than you can benefit from the thing you are trying to manifest, the more likely and the quicker it will come. Let’s say for example that you’re trying to manifest a new home, so you visualise exactly what it looks like and see yourself waking up in the morning and enjoying various features of that new home. That in itself is already powerful and with the right techniques is something that can absolutely be achieved. But now visualise how that new home doesn’t just benefit you, but others as well - see your family visiting or living there, see yourself hosting gatherings for your friends and your community. See yourself showing up as a better person to work and in your relationships because you live in a home that is restful and replenishing. Suddenly that visualisation becomes so much more powerful and effective!
One key thing is to listen to your heart and create space in your visualisation for whatever is genuinely best for other people, without making assumptions. Say there’s an ex you still feel attached to so you keep visualising you both getting back together. If getting back together isn’t something that’s genuinely best for both of you, then I’m afraid you can visualise all you want and it’s still unlikely to happen. This is the Aquarian paradox: To wish the best for everyone, but at the same time be totally unattached to what this “best” actually looks like in detail. With the Sun still in Aquarius for a bit over a week, now is the time to practise tapping into that ability and using it to supercharge your creations.
Journalling Prompts
Amidst global tension and chaos matters such as the colour of your dream house can feel trivial and just don’t have the same pull to them as they used to.
The Solar Eclipse in Aquarius invites us to zoom out of the details and consider things from a higher perspective. In times of turmoil, the usual restrictions are gone and it’s actually one of the best times to think big, as new possibilities are open that previously weren’t possible.
In this issue’s journaling prompts we go beyond the “usual” things we think about when manifesting and instead consider what kind of world we want to live in where these things can flow to us easily. You can find the PDF download below as always.

I recently listened to an interview with Robin Wall Kimmerer and not only does this woman have one of the most soothing voices ever, she is also full of grounded Earth wisdom without ever sounding pretentious or unrelatable. Braiding Sweetgrass is her most famous book where she blends indigenous wisdom with her passion for science - a great combination to stay grounded during the Aquarius Solar Eclipse.

During times of huge shifts, chaos and upheaval, the only thing we can truly trust and rely upon is our own intuition and inner guidance. But with Neptune now in fiery Aries, the way our intuition speaks might be changing as well. This episode of the You-est You Podcast talks about signs from your intuition that you might be overlooking.
Do you find yourself feeling anxious and overwhelmed every time you look at the news or open up social media right now? Me too. This short EFT tapping technique can help to quickly calm the nervous system and create a sense of safety in body and mind.
As Mercury, then Venus, then the Sun make their way into Pisces, dreams might become more intense and take on stronger symbolic meanings. Read about what dream characters reveal about the astonishing dreaming brain over on Psyche.
