Hello my loves!

I’m going to be honest with you: This one is short and sweet, because life has been full to the brim lately. I’m in the middle of moving home, which seems incredibly apt given that we are right in the heart of Cancer season - the sign of home, roots and family. Mercury, freshly retrograde, adds an interesting dynamic to this. The universe certainly has a sense of humour.

But I didn’t want to let this Full Moon in Capricorn pass without marking it with you in some way, because it’s way too significant to just skip it and pretend it’s not happening.

What this Full Moon is bringing to our attention:

Tonight’s and tomorrow’s Capricorn Full Moon couldn’t come at a more perfect time. A Full Moon along the Cancer/Capricorn axis asks us to review the balance between what we are building internally (our home, our emotional foundation, our bonds with loved ones) and what we are building externally (our career, our reputation, our legacy).

The first of July marks the halfway point of the year, which in itself is also a great time to look back on the intentions, goals and plans you set at the beginning of the year. In particular, I invite you to look differently at those things that are already in progress and those you haven’t started yet.

For those goals that are in progress: How have you been getting on with them? Are you continuing out of a sense of fulfilment or out of a sense of duty? Neither is right or wrong by the way, it’s just about noticing and making conscious choices.

For those goals you haven’t started yet: Why is that? Have you been procrastinating out of fear or do you just not really care all that much anymore? If it’s the former, can you break it down into smaller, less scary steps just to get the momentum going? If it’s the latter, don’t be afraid of crossing things off and letting them go. That’s not a failure - it’s proof that you now know yourself better than six months ago and that’s a success in and of itself!

With Jupiter having just entered Leo today for the first time since 2014, there’s also a sense of one chapter ending and a much more expansive, joyful and creatively fulfilling one beginning.

One thing to do tonight:

Light a candle, ideally a green, black or white one. Write down one responsibility you are consciously releasing under the Full Moon. Something that feels heavy. Something that has been costing you more than it’s been returning. Resist the temptation to immediately fill it with something new - a new habit, a new project, a new shinier version of you. For now, just make the space.

I’ll be back with a full issue soon, bringing you powerful journaling questions, manifestation techniques and all the important astrology info you need to know.

Thank you for your patience and for being here. It truly means a lot.

Lots of love,

Chrissy
